Alexander Taylor’s hm44 collection has been extended to include sofas and tables in addition to the original armchairs and footstools. High- and low-back options are available on the chairs and sofas. Careful selection of foam grades and a flexible back support provide great comfort while retaining the sharp lines that define these dynamic forms. The entire range is available with natural beech legs, and the chairs can be specified with a self-centering swivel base. Multi-tone upholstery is available – inside and outside top panels can be upholstered in different fabrics.
Internal frames are of beech with elasticated seat and back suspension; upholstery is of graded cmhr foams with a polyester wrap. Table tops are of white laminate with abs beech edging. Legs are of solid beech with a clear lacquer finish; the optional swivel chair base, with matching fixed pedestal for the footstool, is finished in a mid-grey epoxy powder coat.
